Airalo and Holafly: we found no fixed request window on the pages checked. Airalo says expired or fully used eSIMs are not eligible and change-of-plans refunds are paid as Airmoney. Holafly lists refund cases for incompatible devices, cancelled trips and connection issues, paid back in 3 to 5 business days.

Read this before you rely on a date

The counter adds the stated number of days to the purchase date. A store may count from payment, from delivery or from another moment, and may include or exclude the first day, so treat the date as an estimate and ask a day or two earlier. For TonMobile the package must also still be valid when you ask. Windows and conditions were read from each store's own pages on October 27, 2026 and can change.

Fastest way to protect a refund: contact support through the store's app or help page as soon as something fails, before you uninstall the eSIM profile. TonMobile's terms say profiles deleted or installed incorrectly by the user are not refundable.
