You can read the whole site without an account, and we do not build advertising profiles. Here is what reaches us and what we do with it.
What reaches us
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- Email. If you write to the desk, we keep your message and address only to answer and to fix the page you reported.
- The store finder. Your answers in the finder stay in your browser; they are not sent to us.
When you leave for a store
Links to eSIM stores take you to their own sites, where their privacy policies apply. Anything you enter at checkout goes to the store, not to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete an email you sent by writing to [email protected]. We will confirm once it is gone.
